1. Who processes your data
TradeStars, registered under CNPJ 22.270.352/0001-08, is the controller of any personal data processed through this website, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, the "LGPD").
2. What this website collects
Browsing the website creates no account: the pages are static and do not ask for your data.
The one exception is the Trabalhe conosco (Work with us) page. Anyone applying for a position voluntarily submits their name, e-mail address, telephone number, desired role, country, state and city of residence, salary expectation and a CV file.
What we use it for: solely to assess your application and to talk to you about TradeStars recruitment processes. None of it becomes a marketing list.
Legal basis: your consent, given in the form itself (art. 7, I, of the LGPD), and the preliminary procedures of a contract carried out at your request (art. 7, V).
Where it is kept: the CV is stored in the company's Google Drive and the application data in a Google spreadsheet, both restricted to the HR team, with an e-mail notification to [email protected]. Submission passes through a Cloudflare anti-bot check (Turnstile), which receives only the technical signal needed to confirm that a person is on the other side.
For how long: up to 12 months after submission, in case a suitable position comes up. After that we delete it — and you may request deletion earlier, at any time, by writing to [email protected].
We use audience measurement and advertising tools, described in the next section. They are only loaded after you accept them: while you have not chosen, or if you decline, none of them is triggered and no measurement cookie is written.
The only thing we store in your browser either way is your own choice about cookies — so that we do not ask again on every page. That record stays on your device and is not sent to anyone.
3. Cookies and measurement tools
When you open the website for the first time, you see a notice with two options of equal weight: accept or decline. Only after acceptance do we load Google Tag Manager, which administers the following tools:
- Google Analytics 4. Measures audience: pages visited, time spent, source of the visit and approximate location and device data. It helps us understand what is useful on the site and improve it.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). Records your visit in order to measure the results of our advertising and to allow TradeStars ads to be shown on Meta platforms, including to audiences similar to people who have already visited us.
These tools write cookies and identifiers in your browser and share data with Google and Meta, which act as independent controllers, each under its own privacy policy.
4. What happens automatically
As on any website, some technical data circulates so that the pages can be delivered:
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps technical access logs — IP address, date and time, browser — in order to deliver the pages, produce aggregate statistics and protect against abuse.
- Typefaces. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When you open a page, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Video thumbnails. On pages that list videos, the thumbnails come from YouTube servers, which likewise receive your IP address.
The technical logs rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the site running and secure. The measurement and advertising tools in section 3 rely on your consent, collected in the notice shown on your first visit and revocable at any time.
5. When you contact us
If you click the contact button and message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is then handled by Meta, under the WhatsApp policies, and we gain access to your number and to the content you send us. We use that information only to reply and to follow up on your contact.
6. When you leave this site
Links on this site lead to third-party services — the membership platforms, Amazon on the books page, and our social media profiles. From the moment you click, the processing of your data follows those third parties' privacy policies.
7. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Sharing is limited to the technical providers named above, to the extent necessary for the site to work, and to any legal requirement or order from a competent authority.
8. Your rights
The LGPD gives you, among others, the right to confirm whether we process your data, to access it, correct it, request its anonymisation or deletion, withdraw consent and obtain information about sharing.
To exercise any of them, write to [email protected], identifying yourself and describing the request. That is the TradeStars channel for data subjects. If you prefer, speak to the team on the official WhatsApp. We reply within the periods set by law.
9. Children and adolescents
The content of this website is intended for people over 18 and is not directed at children or adolescents.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
11. Contact
Questions, requests and complaints about privacy and data protection: [email protected]. For general matters, the official TradeStars WhatsApp remains available.
